It is easy to go in whether it’s your life an organization a company or a country and proclaim changes need to be made.
However the question should not be should changes be made, but what improvements need to be make.
Every decision to modify anything should be measured against improvement not change.
Why is this?
Because change has no direction. It is just as easy to go forwards backwards or sideways if you just change something. However if you improve something an extra effort is made to ensure that you are moving in the right direction.
Improvement is change in a direction, specifically positive direction.
So, let’s get out there and do a continuous process of improvement and not change anything.
